Series & Chemistry
Selecting a documented series range and chemistry for the battery system.
- BFJ-HDSH017S100A014–17S · Li-ion (ternary) / LiFePO4
- BFJ-HDSH017S80A014–17S · Li-ion (ternary) / LiFePO4
- BFJ-HDSH17S100A034–17S · Li-ion (ternary) / LiFePO4
Review three documented smart BMS platforms mapped to marine battery projects. Compare communication, battery configuration and integration options with the requirements of your system.
The marine mapping includes BFJ-HDSH017S100A01, BFJ-HDSH017S80A01 and BFJ-HDSH17S100A03, each with documented 4–17S Li-ion and LiFePO4 configurations. The first two list optional external display and Bluetooth functions; BFJ-HDSH17S100A03 documents support for parallel battery requirements. These are product-level options for engineering review, not a complete marine system specification.
Common project considerations may include the battery configuration, host communication and available monitoring options. Review parallel support only where documented for the selected series. The application relationship does not establish waterproofing, corrosion resistance or marine certification.
Selecting a documented series range and chemistry for the battery system.
Reviewing the communication interface between the BMS and host equipment.
Confirming the operating current against the selected configuration.
Discussing whether a documented heating capability is relevant to the project.
Reviewing documented parallel capabilities where the battery architecture calls for them.
Considering documented display and Bluetooth options for system interaction.
Discussing low-power behavior where documented for the selected BMS.
3 series with documented application relationships. Compare communication and monitoring options across the mapped platforms, then review configuration-specific heating or parallel capabilities if relevant to your project.
